What happens if my payment is unsuccessful?

There could be various reasons why payment for an order has not gone through. Please contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected] with the subject line “Failed Payment.” Kindly include your details and/or a screenshot of any issues you encountered (if possible).

Where is my order confirmation number?

A confirmation number is generated solely for online orders. Upon successfully placing your order online, an email containing your order details will be sent to you.

If you haven’t received your Order Confirmation, please allow us to assist you. Reach out to our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected] with the subject line “Order Checking.”

Why does my order status show 'Payment Pending'?

Typically, the status ‘Payment Pending’ indicates an unsuccessful payment attempt. However, if your payment did not go through, you should have received an email from us providing instructions to retry the payment.

If you are unable to retry the payment or did not receive a payment failure email, please avoid placing a duplicate order! Instead, contact our Customer Service Team via email at [email protected] with the subject line ‘Payment Pending,’ and we will provide you with a link to make another payment attempt.

If you have made the payment but your order status has not been updated after 24 hours, our Customer Service Team can assist you in verifying your payment and sending a new order confirmation email. Please email us at [email protected] with the subject line ‘Order Whereabouts’ to address this concern.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order once it's been placed?

Regrettably, once an order has been successfully placed, we are unable to accommodate further modifications such as upgrading shipping methods or adjusting quantities. Please note that Cjstechnltd Store cannot be held responsible for replacements or refunds for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided. How can I track my order?

Do you process orders during Public Holidays?

Although we strive to deliver your order promptly, please note that our warehouse and courier partner are closed on Public Holidays. We appreciate your understanding as orders are processed and parcels are shipped on the following business day.
